AJC On Location #DestinationJOI

Here at AJC, you know how much we love to travel and see the sites of the world, and to start of 2018 it was time for a trip of a lifetime with JOICO, travelling to Punta Cana in The Dominican Republic for a week of hairdressing fun with 1,000 JOICO stylists from across the world!

Along with members of the UK Trade press, including Hairdressers Journal, Creative Head and Professional Hairdresser and the wider international press, #DestinationJOI was set to be a trip of a lifetime filled with educational classes, party nights and of course lots of cocktails!

"Welcome to your week in paradise!” said Sara Jones, senior vice-president and general manager of Joico, on the opening day of the brand’s first-ever Global Destination Education. #DestinationJOI was was held at an all-inclusive five-star resort in tropical Punta Cana in the Dominican Republic, with 1,000 stylists from 28 different countries including the ever so fabulous Denis De Souza, David Murray, Ryan Nicoletti-Dowd, Richard Mannah and many more!

Each morning began with a a different dance to get the guests in the spirit of the JOICO brand, followed by creative classwork, music, mocktails and cocktails and of course some fabulous trips out to see and to the beach.
