Guess who cycled to Paris?
It wasn't us ... but one of our fantastic clients!
Simon Hill Owner of SESH Hairdressing located in Edinburgh jumped on his bike and cycled from London to Paris to raise money for Bloodwise charity. Simon spent four days cycling from London to Pairs’ Champs Elysees in an effort to raise funds and awareness for this incredible cause.
Day one on 12th September 2018 saw the fleet cycle from London to Dover, then day 2 from Calais to Amiens and lastly Amiens to Paris on day 3 before getting on the Eurostar from Paris back to London. After months of preparation and training, salon owner and director, Simon took the plunge and set off on the 240 mile journey.
Bloodwise, previously known as Leukaemia and Lymphoma Research charity, is a cause close to Simon and SESH Hairdressing hearts and Simon smashed the estimated target of £2,000 before even embarking on this tiring expedition. At present, the total raised is £3,323 and this may well
increase as Simon spreads the word.
Simon commented; “giving back is so important and I believe we are all responsible for giving something back and supporting others. At SESH Hairdressing, this is something we are very passionate about and this is just one of the many fundraising activities we have undertaken to raise money for a brilliant cause.”
